As the founder and President of the Our Voice organization, Pand is an advocate for justice, leading initiatives to address wrongful convictions and support neurodivergent individuals in the legal system. With a Bachelors Degree in Communications at UC San Diego focusing on the social issues and policy, Pand blends academic insights with activism, leading the organization to empower communities and enact real change. Under her leadership, Our Voice has become a key player in promoting justice and inclusion both on campus and in the broader community.
